Entrusted with the task of infusing the essence of South Indian culture, the challenge was to seamlessly execute the project without disrupting the ongoing restaurant operations. Divided into two phases, the first focused on setting up the kitchen, ensuring minimal disruption to business, while the second phase aimed to transform the restaurant into a showcase of South Indian tradition.
