Nirant Haven, belonging to Dr. Nimishbhai, began as a turnkey project encompassing both civil architecture and interior design. It's a ground-up creation, a testimony to the fusion of structural and aesthetic brilliance.
The Ask
With a prudent budget in mind, Dr. Nimishbhai envisioned a haven without ceilings, embracing a natural and bohemian theme. The challenge was to infuse warmth, character, and uniqueness into the space while staying within the budget.
The Result
Nirant Haven is a symphony of ingenuity and affordability. To adhere to the budget, arches were creatively incorporated, serving a dual purpose of aesthetics and cost-effectiveness. Electrical outlets strategically placed on both sides of the arches eliminated the need for extensive ghisi work. Kota and bamboo materials were chosen not just for their natural appeal but also for their budget-friendly attributes. Every design decision, from arches to material choices, reflects a meticulous balance between cost-effectiveness and the creation of a truly enchanting bohemian retreat.
